Return & Exchange Policy – Anushka Mahajan

At Anushka Mahajan, every piece is handcrafted with love and precision, and we ensure strict quality checks before dispatch. As our products are made-to-order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons like change of mind, size, or preferences.

Exceptions – Defective or Damaged Items

We understand rare issues may occur. If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will be happy to assist you with a resolution.

To be eligible:

• You must record a full unboxing video from the moment you open the sealed package. This video is mandatory as proof for any claims.
• Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email, along with the video.

If your claim is approved:

• We will offer an exchange of the product, or
• Issue a credit note for the same value, valid for future purchases on our website.

Please Note:

• We do not offer refunds in any case.
• Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
• The final decision on exchange or credit lies with the Anushka Mahajan team after reviewing the claim.
